Responsibilities of the Restaurant District Manager:
- Responsible for the overall accountability of the opening and operations of 7 HIGH VOLUME restaurants
- Provide organizational direction to ensure desired restaurant outcomes (increased sales, profitability, and employee retention) through people development and improving restaurant operations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, feedback, and strategic direction to the entire team.
- Collaborate within the marketplace to build sales, market share, and profitability.
- Mobilize the restaurant management teams to oversee the financial controls, operations, people development, customer service, and compliance.
Requirements of the Restaurant District Manager:
- Managing High-Volume Multi-Unit QSRs, Minimum of 3 years
- Food Ordering System
- Managing Multiple Teams
- Reading P&L statements
- Scheduling
- Training and Development * Must be highly motivated
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must work well with a team
