About the Role

We are seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement advanced CRM solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, build, and test CRM solutions while providing support for CRM-related issues. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of CRM solutions with other systems.

Key Responsibilities Solution Development and Delivery

Design, develop, deploy, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
Configure workflows, dashboards, forms, and views, and develop standard and custom reports.
Create web applications, APIs, console applications, and Windows services for CRM integration.
Ensure technical solutions align with quality standards and business objectives.

Project Support and Documentation

Collaborate on technical solution design and project planning.

Prepare comprehensive documentation, including source code, technical specifications, and unit test results.

Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production rollouts by identifying and resolving defects.

Continuous Improvement

Analyze business needs and propose innovative CRM solutions to address challenges and enhance profitability.

Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications and Experience Essential

Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in Customer Service.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI development.

Proficiency in ASP.NET C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and related web technologies.

Preferred

Experience in the shipping industry or a related domain.

Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
