Restaurant Area Director responsibilities include :
Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed financial targets, including sales growth, cost control, and profitability.
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate restaurant managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and overall dining experience to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive traffic and sales.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures.
Restaurant Area Director candidates should possess :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-service multi-unit restaurant management
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team.
Proven track record of achieving financial and operational goals.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
