Position: Energy Efficiency Consultant

Duration: 07/10/2024 to 06/10/2025 (Then Possibility for Fulltime Conversion or Duration Extension)
Location: Berlin, CT (Hybrid- 2 days in office. Tue/Wed are team days in office. Wed is required)
Daily Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (some flex if needed)

Interview Process: MS Teams, one rounds, will interview with manager and one other
Reason/motivation for request: Addition to team to help with work overload
Potential for conversion to perm position or extension: Yes, potential for both extension and conversion to FT
Interaction with team: MS teams, group team chat, email, in person meeting when in office
Work environment: Basic office setting
Any Travel Required: No
Summary: This position is responsible for providing project/program management services to customers for electric and natural gas energy efficiency projects. This position supports the development, promotion, and implementation of energy efficiency programs to meet established goal.

- 3 years related experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Support contractors in program that perform energy assessments/audits and weatherization work.
