Job Description.
This is basically the Evening/Second Shift Plant Manager position. This individual will run the entire operation for the second shift.
Supervising, Training, Hiring, Quality Control, Workplace Safety, Policies and Procedures, and anything that would be required by a “Plant Manager” in a food distribution organization.
Qualifications
Four Years Experience working as the #1 or #2 leader in a Food Distribution Organization.
Management Experience.
