Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in commercial and residential settings.
- Carry out custodial duties including waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Assist in facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or safety hazards to management.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
- Support industrial cleaning efforts by following safety protocols and using appropriate cleaning agents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
- Familiarity with residential painting or facilities maintenance tasks is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
