Position Overview:
The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence, creating impactful content, and driving account-based marketing strategies to target fintechs, banks, and corporate payable companies. This is a high-visibility role where you will collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, and product teams to establish our position as a leader in payments infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Awareness
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to elevate brand visibility within fintech, banking, and corporate payable sectors.
- Build and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Content & Collateral Development
- Create high-impact marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, product sheets, webinars, and presentations, tailored to target industries.
- Develop compelling content strategies for blog posts, email campaigns, thought leadership articles, and social media.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Lead ABM initiatives targeting key accounts to drive awareness and nurture leads.
- Design personalized campaigns for specific segments of fintechs, banks, and corporate clients.
- Campaign Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to support pipeline growth.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Define KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of leading brand awareness and ABM campaigns.
- Expertise in creating content and collateral for technical audiences (e.g., banks, fintechs, corporates).
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
