Responsibilities
- Platform Implementation Support
Assist with CCMS configuration, testing, and rollout, including validating workflows, and addressing issues with vendors.
Train and onboard internal users, troubleshoot issues, and create clear and effective support materials (e.g., guides, videos).
Conduct regular audits to ensure content quality, governance, and alignment with standards.
