The Sr. SAP Finance & Controlling Business Systems Analyst will work as a lead with business and IT teams to resolve day-to-day issues in New GL, AP, AR, Bank integration, fixed assets, month end closing, product costing, COPA, and consolidation. Exhibit excellent skills to effectively interact with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise information exchange. Multi taskings skills are a must. Comfortable to get involved in any new areas without any prior experience.

The Sr. SAP Finance & Controlling Business Systems Analyst will work as a lead with business and IT teams to resolve day-to-day issues in New GL, AP, AR, Bank integration, fixed assets, month end closing, product costing, COPA, and consolidation. Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve change requests and production support tickets from a diverse range of internal stakeholders without breaching the SLA’s and KPI’s.
- Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective business solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Manage day-to-day issues to maintain smooth operations and user satisfaction.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to support business and IT users.
- Handle challenges with limited information and documentation, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting and Finance or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in SAP ECC resolving issues related to New GL, AP, AR, Bank integration, fixed assets, month end closing, product costing, COPA, consolidation, configuration, integration, and data reconciliation.
- Experience managing and resolving change requests and production support tickets from a diverse range of internal stakeholders
- Experience communicating effectively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders
- Experience working with ABAP Developers
- A Masters degree in a relevant field
- An understanding of project management principles
