Job Title: BI Data Analyst

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven BI Data Analyst to support our organization by developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical tools. This role is crucial for transforming complex data into actionable insights to drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, report building, and dashboard development, with expertise in Power BI and SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data sources, required elements, and validation standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to meet business needs.
• Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure clean, accurate data for analysis.
• Design and maintain data models for reporting and analytics.
• Analyze ERP and CRM systems to identify data relationships and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure the reliability and accuracy of data presented in dashboards and reports.
• Provide training to end-users on how to effectively utilize dashboards and reports.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and maintain Power BI infrastructure.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, updates, and best practices.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) in business intelligence, data analysis, or business analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Proficient in SQL, DAX, and other data languages.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, visualization principles, and dashboard design.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
