Operating Room Technician (Full-Time Employee)
Must be a graduate of an Operating Room Technician Program OR have one year of general surgical experience
Location: Samaritan Healthcare, Moses Lake, WA
Position Type: Permanent Full-Time
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM (Call rotation required)
Compensation: $36.64 – $68.37 per hour, depending on experience, plus shift differentials
- Evening Shift: $2.10/hr
- Night Shift: $3.00/hr
- Standby Shift: $4.00/hr
- Weekend Shift: $2.25/hr
Relocation Assistance: Not to Exceed $5,000
THE POSITION:
Quality Patient Centered Services, LLC (QPCS) is partnering with Hire G.I. LLC to support Samaritan Healthcare on Pioneer in Moses Lake, WA. We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Technician (OR Tech) to assist in surgical procedures alongside the Operating Room Registered Nurse and surgical team. This role ensures adherence to AORN Standards of Practice, manages supplies and equipment, and upholds sterile technique while promoting teamwork across departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Graduate of an Operating Room Technician Program OR 1 year of surgical experience preferred
- Certified Surgical Technician (CST) preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS - Heartsaver level) required within 3 months of hire
- Demonstrates competency in equipment, sterile technique, and critical thinking skills
- Must be a U.S. MILITARY VETERAN to be considered for submission at this time.
