QPS Employment Group is hiring a Business Development Representative for a company in Springfield, MO. This is a contract to hire role.
Business Development Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Provide exceptional support to clients through prompt, clear phone and email communication
- Collect shipment details and requirements to make the best routing decision
- Accurately log shipment details into shipment manifest system
- Schedule appointments for pickup / delivery
- Create Bill of Ladings and other shipment documents
- Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Act as a liaison between clients and carriers to ensure each shipment is a success
