CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities :

Demonstrate fundamental knowledge and proficiency in CNC equipment operations
Interpret basic engineering drawings accurately
Adhere to Quality System procedures and maintain meticulous records during job execution
Verify dimensions of finished workpieces using precision measuring equipment, gauges, and fixtures to ensure compliance with specifications
Develop, adapt, and adhere to procedures outlined in the Quality Systems Procedure Manual

Requirements for CNC Machine Operator :

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Regular handling and movement of materials from floor to waist level

Frequent handling and movement of materials from waist to shoulder level

Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, grip, reach, push, and pull objects with both hands

Precise hand-eye coordination

Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Strong attention to detail, accuracy and safety

Good analytical and problem solving skills
