Customer Service responsibilities include :
- Ensure timely and accurate order entry
- Complete customer quotes
- Handle phones, emails, chat, B2B, and or written correspondence
- Resolve billing issues as needed
- Oversee new customer and new item set-up, closely following internal processes
- Monitor customer inventory
- Alert sales and procurement when needed when stock is low
- Utilize ERP system to maintain accurate customer pricing
