Position Title : Driver
Wage : $19.00-$19.50 per hour
Shift : 1st
Hours : 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm
QPS Employment Group has a great Driver position available at a company in Racine, WI. This is a direct hire position.
Driver Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Safe Driving - obey all traffic laws always.
- Inspect the trailer before and after each delivery.
- Report any incidents / accidents.
- Ensure accurate delivery of goods to customers on time.
- Plan efficient routes using maps and GPS.
- Monitor road conditions and look out for traffic congestion.
- Use all proper procedures to ensure safety for you and all other motorists.
- Load and unload material.
- Record amount and type of material being delivered.
- Manage all maintenance records.
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage and expenses.
- Position reports to Shipping Supervisor daily / weekly.
- Keep the truck in good working order.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management.
