Position Title : Forklift - Part Time

Wage : $23.00 / Hour

Shift : Part Time Weekend Shift

Hours : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM Saturday And Sunday 16 Hours a Week

Forklift - Part Time Responsibilities :

Operate a variety of powered forklifts in a safe manner
Perform computer work, each forklift has a laptop and barcode scanner on them
Receive material and perform “Receiver” functions
Check for shortage and damaged material
Check for correct quantities according to purchase orders or shop work orders
Communicate to Plant Manager regarding safety issues

Requirements for Forklift - Part Time :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Frequent handling / moving of material from floor to waist

Frequent handling / moving of material from waist to shoulder

Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, grip, reach, push, and pull with both hands

Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Ability to add, subtract – Basic math skills

Ability to read and write in English

Ability to perform repetitive work

Ability to work overtime with little or no advance notice

Ability to make minor decisions based on standard practices

Ability to read, comprehend, and prepare production worksheets
