Position Title: Line Attendant - Cheese Manufacturing
Wage: 2nd Shift - $18.50 $2.00 Shift Premium = $20.50/hour; 3rd Shift - $18.50 $4.00 Shift Premium = $22.50/hour
Shift: 2nd or 3rd
Hours: 3:00pm - 11:00pm (Monday - Friday) or 11:00pm - 7:00am (Sunday - Thursday)

Line Attendant - Cheese Manufacturing Responsibilities:
- Remove raw materials from packaging, feed into machinery at correct quantity per specifications
- Inspect cheese for mold or foreign substances; segregate and clean cheese as needed
- Set up, maintain, and perform production changeovers, sanitation, and assembly as required
- Perform in-process quality checks on the production line and accurately complete required paperwork
- Operate packaging and processing equipment including manual and electric pallet jacks
- Inspect, box, and palletize packaged product, scan with data collection device for correct processing
- Keep supplies and ingredients for the production line stocked
Requirements For Line Attendant - Cheese Manufacturing:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience working in food manufacturing or a converting facility desirable
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50lbs - 50% of the shift
- Able to stand - 100% of the shift
- Able to work in a fast-paced and repetitive environment
- Able to work independently and with others
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Able to work in hot or cold environments
