Position Title: Load Builder
Wage: $17/hour
Shift: 3rd
Hours: 11pm-7am
QPS Employment Group is hiring a Load Builder for a company in Elkhorn, WI. This is a contract to hire role.
Load Builder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assemble loads of metal products to run through the heat-treating induction ovens
- Place metal parts into baskets according to written instructions
- Gather metal parts that are needed for each load
- Document work finished on work instructions
- Material handling
- Issue batch cards
Load Builder Requirements:
- Lift up to 50lbs repeatedly and occasionally lift up to 75lbs with a team member
- Stand for entire shift
- Bend, reach, and stoop as needed throughout the day
- Grasp and grip metal parts in various sizes
- Work with minimal supervision
- Read/write and understand English work instructions
- Some industrial experience
- Able to perform several tasks at the same time
- Adhere to PPE requirements and dress code
