Position Title: Machine Operator
Wage: $18.00/Hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift
Hours: 6:00AM - 2:00PM, 2:00PM - 10:00PM, 10:00PM-6:00AM

Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Perform setup by assuring properly mounted tooling and balancing, proper machine settings and resin, and adjusting and properly maintaining machines and tools per specification sheet
- Anticipates material requirements and notifies designated persons or leaders to minimize production delays
- Follow machine operator procedures as written in machine operator instructions in the Product Summary Report
- Minor adjustments are made to all machines and equipment as necessary. Notify the supervisor if repairs need to be made
- Examine parts for surface cosmetics, proper weights, and defects. etc
- Use precise measuring equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, and pyrometers. etc
Requirements for Machine Operator:
- Must have prior manufacturing experience
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to do simple math including addition, subtraction, multiplying, and dividing
- Organizational and computer skills to perform essential job functions
