Wage: $18.00 - $28.00/hour

CNC Lathe Set Up Responsibilities:
- Set up, program and operate Haas Mills, Knee Mills and other equipment
- Machine complex, high tolerance parts and components from blueprints and models
- Verify dimensions, alignments and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments such as calipers, gage blocks, micrometers and dial calipers
- Visualize and compute dimensions, sizes, shapes and tolerances based on specifications
Requirements for CNC Lathe Set Up:
- 3 years of machining experience
- Able to read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attendance and a positive, "can do" attitude
- Solidworks and/or MasterCAM experience is a plus
- EDM experience is a plus
- Previous tool room experience is a plus
