Position Title : Maintenance Technician

Wage : $24.00 / hour

Shift : 1st

QPS is excited to partner with a leader in pipe bending in Pasadena, TX. This company is looking for someone with experience with troubleshooting, machining experience, and hydraulics. If you're ready to take the leap into a new role, apply today!

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities :

  • Troubleshoot issues and make repairs
  • Repair fixtures and equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostic tests on equipment
  • Implement shop maintenance budget
  • Contact, discuss, plan and schedule any maintenance issues with vendors

Requirements for Maintenance Technician :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous maintenance experience
  • Hydraulic experience
  • Familiarity with Pillar induction units, Ajax unit, Pines, Wallace Coast, Toyota forklifts is a plus
  • Ability and experience in handling basic electrical tasks (fuses / boxes)
  • Prompt attendance and ability to be on-call if needed
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well with other employees and outside vendors
