Position Title: Welder
Wage: $18.00-$36.00 per hour based on experience
Shift: 1st
Hours: 5:00am-2:00pm or 6:00am-2:00pm (Mon-Fri)
QPS Employment Group has a great Welder position at a company in Brodhead, WI. This is a 1st shift, direct hire position.
Welder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
- Perform MIG, TIG welding.
- Fabricate & build products based on welding blueprints.
- Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Account for and dispose of scrap metal.
- Complete welding, assembly, and fabricating.
- Communicate with management and team.
Welder Requirements:
- Prior MIG, TIG & Fabrication experience required.
- Ability to read Welding Blueprints.
- Assembly experience.
- Knowledge of steel fabricating.
- Good math and measuring skills, including the ability to convert fractions to decimals.
- Excellent communication skills.
