Wage: $20.50/Hour
Shift: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Team Lead Responsibilities:
- Ensuring assigned production line runs efficiently and that product is meeting quality standards
- Assigning line personnel
- Training line personnel
- Motivating and leading production team to meet daily goals
- Coordinating materials for the production line
- Scrap reduction
- Assuring quality of raw and finished materials
- Communicating daily goals and line performance updates throughout shift
- Troubleshooting and constraint resolution
- Filling out production and quality documentation needed for line
- Coordinating line clearances and product changeovers at direction of Shift Lead
- Communicating with various departments to solve line constraints
Requirements For Team Lead:
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Good communication skills
- Enforcement of safety and quality expectations
- Willingness and ability to perform all production positions
- Leadership skills/experience
- Coaching skills
