Responsibilities
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively to clean various surfaces, including driveways, sidewalks, decks, and building exteriors.
- Assess the condition of surfaces before cleaning and determine the appropriate cleaning methods and solutions.
- Prepare work areas by removing obstacles and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide recommendations as necessary.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs as needed.
- Document work performed and report any issues or additional services required to management.
- Uphold company standards for quality and customer satisfaction in all service interactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in pressure washing or a related field is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Familiarity with different types of pressure washing equipment and cleaning solutions is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina is necessary as the role involves lifting equipment, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
