This role provides a unique opportunity to shape the UX vision and strategy, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences across mobile and web platforms.
Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced UX designer to lead the user experience strategy at Qrkiez Inc. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered experiences that drive customer satisfaction and business growth. This position is currently equity-based, with the potential to transition into a full-time role upon securing funding.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process for both mobile and web platforms, from research to implementation.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to gain insights into user behavior and needs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals and user expectations.
- Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
- Advocate for a user-centered design approach, ensuring accessibility, usability, and aesthetic excellence.
- Establish design guidelines, best practices, and UX standards to maintain consistency across the platform.
- Analyze and interpret user data to inform design decisions and iterate on existing features.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices to continuously improve our offerings.
