Manager, Social Media Marketing
Tysons, VA or Remote (Eastern Time Zone)
Qrvey, a rapidly growing technology firm specializing in delivering embedded analytics to SaaS companies, is looking to establish a social media marketing function, and have some fun with it!
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in Qrvey’s brand and content marketing strategy. You will completely own the organic social media plan and strategy. You’ll be responsible for establishing and growing our brand on social media; increasing followers and engagement, and driving traffic to the Qrvey website.
The ideal candidate has a passion for crafting engaging social media content that drives action with 5 years of social media marketing experience at a B2B tech company.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with Content Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Success and Tech leaders. Your efforts will directly impact revenue at a startup geared for growth. The salary range for this role is $70-90K plus annual performance bonus.
Candidates must be US citizens, permanently live in the US, and must be located in the ET or CT time zones.
Responsibilities :
- Create and plan social media content for all accounts (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Reddit).
- Manage the coordination and creation of all social media assets (images, carousels, gifs, short-form videos).
- Audit all of our social channels for brand consistency and determine our performance benchmarks.
- Present and execute recommendations for improvements across all of our social channels.
- Report weekly on social media performance and its impact toward our revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain social media calendar.
- Develop communications to share new content with go to market team.
- Share insights and learnings to inform paid social media strategy.
- Produce visual content for digital, social, and event campaigns.
- Working knowledge of SEO for improving our YouTube channel and as it pertains to content development (technical SEO experience not required).
- Design, write, and manage content for monthly newsletter.
- Handle media relations including maintaining the media database, coordinating news releases, managing industry award submissions, and any media inquiries or requests from outside organizations.
- You are our resident expert on all social media trends, ready to adapt and jump on the trends that resonate with our audience.
