Job Summary
The Family Services Scheduler is an organized, detailed member of the Family Services department who identifies and schedules staff for individuals enrolled in Community Habilitation and Respite services. The Family Services Scheduler maintains communication with field staff and families and keeps up-to-date and accurate records to ensure compliance for authorization and utilization.
Job Responsibilities
Salary - 37,000 - 45,000
Scheduling
- Identify and schedule staff for individuals enrolled in the Community Habilitation and Respite programs.
- Ensure that schedules are filled in a timely, appropriate manner
- Review service documentation to ensure authorization and utilization
- Identify missing documentation and follow up for retrieval
- Maintain accurate schedules for individuals and employees
Communication, Compliance & Follow- Up
- Communicate with clinical and program staff to ensure appropriate placement of staff
- Maintain ongoing communication with parents, care givers and staff and circle of supports
- Maintain individual/family confidentiality
- Assist with hiring in-home staff
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and policies, as well as QSAC specific policies and procedures
- Report and problems/concerns to supervisors
Qualifications and Work Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google docs
