Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant - Transportation provides administrative and organizational support to the Transportation Department and fulfills the
responsibilities of the Front Desk at an assigned QSAC site as needed.
Job Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete required QSAC orientation.
- Ensure health, safety & welfare of individuals.
- Provide administrative and organizational support for Transportation Department, the Project
Director, and the assigned program site. - Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports and tasks thoroughly and accurately and submit to
supervisor. - Manage assigned areas of responsibility including Interoffice Mail, vehicle camera status, and
vehicle service records. - Maintain communication with all levels of management to ensure compliance issues are
proactively avoided or quickly resolved. - Maintain staff/individual/family confidentiality and adhere to QSAC HIPAA policies.
- Understand and follow procedures, regulations, and QSAC policies when handling compliance
related projects/assignments. - Follow procedures for the purchase and use of equipment and supplies.
- Work independently, staying focused on assigned tasks and priorities and following up with
supervisor as needed. - Ensure facility security by following proper open and close procedures daily.
- Answer and route incoming calls and take messages as necessary.
- Greet guests/visitors to the office.
- Monitor staff, individuals, and visitors who enter and leave the building.
- Demonstrate commitment to company values and adherence to policies.
- Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Ability to run.
- Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights & 50 lb items.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others and individuals served.
- Clearance through state mandated Background/Fingerprint Check(s).
- Demonstrate a substantial understanding of Microsoft Office software.
- GED/High School Diploma required.
