What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher - Weekend Shift position at QSI (Quality Service Installation)?
Duties including but not limited to:
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Dispatching and Remote Technical Support for Banking Systems
Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users.
Must be a self starter and team player.
Some weekend work maybe needed depending on projects.
The ideal candidate shall have:
A technical, logical thought process.
Problem-solving skills
An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
An ability to prioritize tasks
A keen eye for detail
