Job Summary: Also known as a Project Coordinator, the Customer Service Rep acts as a liaison between the customer and production staff. They receive and oversee every job to make sure it is delivered on time and exceeds expectations.
Skills Used: Self-directed, high degree of organization, good communication, exacting standards and an eye for detail. Follow-up is critical.
Experience: Some experience in printing or graphic arts is a plus, but not a requirement.
