QSR Automations is looking for an Accounting Specialist!
Job Summary:
QSR Automations has an immediate opening for an exceptional, results-oriented individual to fill the role of Accounting Specialist.
What you will be doing:
- Accounting specialist who prepares orders and invoicing for multiple SaaS-based and hardware businesses in the portfolio
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of customers
- Manage the investigation and resolution of billing and shipping discrepancies
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset for the billing process looking for new ways to gain efficiencies
- Build relationships with Sales & Operational management at portfolio companies to identify potential changes needed to invoice procedures
- Work closely with accounting managers to accurately reflect revenue
- Assist Account Managers with collections processes as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- A degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- 3 years of experience in accounting
- High attention to detail
- Must work well under pressure
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple projects at the same time with a commitment to timely delivery in a fast-paced team environment for a high growth company
- Excellent PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Able to manipulate large amounts of data
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP accounting rules
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Pleasant, professional demeanor for customers and vendor interaction
Desired:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance
- Financial Analysis skills
- Experience with SAGE 100, NetSuite, or another ERP
- Experience with SaaS based products
