We are looking to build our management team with individuals who have a strong work ethic in Sandusky County, OH!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of food service
- Train and mentor employees on proper food handling and preparation techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of food production, kitchen management, and food safety practices.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically.
- Proven ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team of employees.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
