Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage training programs for new hires, shift leaders, and managers.
- Ensure all required training (Star-U, food safety, leadership courses) is completed on time.
- Conduct hands-on training and coaching at store locations.
- Track training completion rates and hold managers accountable.
- Support operational performance through structured training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2 years in restaurant training, operations, or management.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Hardee’s training programs and Star-U system.
- Ability to travel between locations.
