Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shift management, team leadership, food safety, and customer service.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service
- Train and supervise staff on food handling, safety procedures, and customer service
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and profitability goals
- Coordinate catering orders and events as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
