Position Summary
A fast-growing, multi-unit restaurant group is seeking a Controller to oversee financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls. This role ensures accuracy in financial statements, supports cash flow management, and delivers insights to drive performance. The Controller works closely with leadership to maintain financial stability and support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and monthly/annual close processes.
- Prepare financial reports including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts.
- Monitor key financial metrics and identify areas for cost control and efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, A/P, A/R, and banking relationships.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and franchise agreements.
- Maintain internal controls and lead audit preparations.
- Partner with operations to align financial goals across locations.
- Contribute to franchise expansion planning and financial feasibility assessments.
Qualifications
- 5 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in multi-unit restaurants or franchising.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Familiarity with restaurant accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Supervisory experience preferred.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
