What You’ll Do
- Provide fast, friendly service to all guests with a positive attitude
- Prepare food to Bojangles’ high standards of quality and presentation
- Keep the dining area and kitchen clean and sanitized
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Follow all food safety procedures and health regulations
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service during busy shifts
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For
- Prior restaurant or fast food experience
- Comfortable handling cash and making change accurately
- Strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of food prep and sanitation practices
