- Proven track record in product ownership: Successfully led the development and delivery of innovative products through effective requirement gathering, backlog management, and prioritization, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Agile project management expertise: Proficiently employed Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and user story mapping, to drive cross-functional teams, ensuring timely product releases and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Skilled in translating business requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage backlog, grooming, prioritize product backlogs, refinement, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, waterfall, such as Scrum, Kanban, JIRA and Lean, ART, SAFE, fostering collaboration and promoting continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving, adapt at building relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, development team, offshore team, designer, clients, UI/UX.
- Expertise in Salesforce is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform, Oracle financials, Oracle banking digital, Oracle Fusion cloud, Saas, PaaS, IaaS.
- Experience and deep domain knowledge in Financial, Banking, Digital Banking, Payments- ACH, Enterprise Payment Platform, Dovetail payment platform DPP, Global Payment Platform GPP, Open Payment Framework OPF, Zelle, Real time, Swift, Fedwire ISO 200022, Life Insurance, Investment Management and Profile, Investment Banking, Capital Market, Cash Management.
