Job Title: IT Program Manager - Financial Domain

Responsibilities:
- May lead and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
- Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders.
- Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements.
- Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal across and between delivery teams / agile release trains.
- Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across various team(s) to support value delivery and quarterly planning interval (PI)
Commitments.
- Responsible for status updates and reporting pertaining to Solution Train delivery/timelines/ impediments to stakeholders and leadership.
- Establishes and cultivates relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk, as required to deliver solutions.
- Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule.
- Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Manages program financials and supports resource planning.
- Manage the financials and resource planning as needed for the Delivery team

Desired Skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project/Program Management
- Well versed in Project Mgmt. within a Scaled Agile environment | Working knowledge, experience managing project leveraging Scaled Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation engagement skills including presenting to LOB senior leaders and financial/legal/compliance/risk partners.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation, and conflict-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity | Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization.
- Ability to be nimble and flexible; prioritize workload, proactively react to issues, and consistently react to shifting deadlines.
- Ability to work with disparate teams globally.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-specific environment.
- Strong experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
