Job Description:
- 8 to 10 years of planning experience in Medical or Non-Medical domain (experience in Mechanical & electrical components)
- Strong experience in Demand planning & Product life cycle planning
- Experience in Purchasing, Production scheduling, Inventory management, Customer service, logistics and warehouse Management
- Coordinates between all the departments to ensure products are supplied to market on time.
- Responsible for managing metrics to scorecard teams performance in these areas.
- Develops and communicates plans which ensure resources are optimized and service levels are not sacrificed and adequate inventory exists to support the organization.
- Direct teams, remove obstacles and implement practices which ensures customers receive product in a timely manner using cost efficient processes (workforce planning, inventory management, purchasing, systems utilization)
- Experience in demand planning tools like SAP
- Experience in dashboarding & analytics for demand prediction
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
- Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent experience (Engineering degree not required)
