Job Title: Product Manager- Banking Domain
Location: Williamsville, NY (3 days onsite/2 days remote)

Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in Product Management within a SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software environment.
Proven track record of leading and mentoring Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
Strong product vision and strategic mindset, with the ability to align technical execution with business goals.
Experience working with Product Designers and UX/UI teams to craft customer-centric digital experiences.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading Agile teams.
Strong proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar).
Experience working with engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Ability to analyze user data, customer feedback, and market trends to drive product decision-making.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
Fintech experience is a plus, particularly in loan management, payments, or banking technology.
