What you’ll do
- SaaS Administration: Manage and optimize enterprise SaaS applications, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, and SentinelOne.
- Identity & Access Management (IAM): Administer and enhance identity provider solutions (Okta, OneLogin, Duo) to enforce secure authentication and access policies.
- Network Infrastructure: Support and maintain wired and wireless network environments, including Meraki or Ubiquiti UniFi networks.
- Endpoint Security & Compliance: Manage and remediate vulnerabilities using SentinelOne while ensuring compliance with security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Device Management: Deploy and manage macOS and Windows devices via Jamf Pro, Intune, or Rippling MDM.
- IT Support & Escalation: Serve as a point of escalation for advanced technical issues, providing guidance and troubleshooting expertise to other IT team members.
- Collaboration & Communication Tools: Administer and maintain video conferencing solutions (Zoom, Google Meet) and ensure seamless operation.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop IT automation and integrations using Bash, Python, or JavaScript to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Help Desk & Ticketing Systems: Manage IT support requests through ticketing platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
- On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours and weekend IT support as needed.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve IT operations, security, and efficiency.
What you bring
- 3 years professional experience as an IT SaaS Admin and 4 years as an IT engineer or analyst
- Proficiency in managing and administering SaaS applications like Google Workspace, M365, Slack, Zoom, and SentinelOne.
- Experience with identity providers (IdP) such as Okta, OneLogin, or Duo.
- Knowledge of wired and wireless networking using Meraki or Ubiquiti UniFi.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and IT security best practices.
- Strong experience with MDM solutions (Jamf Pro, Intune, or Rippling MDM).
- Hands-on experience with endpoint troubleshooting for both macOS and Windows.
- Ability to manage and maintain AV conference room setups (Zoom and Google Meet).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, give and receive constructive feedback, and work well in a team.
- A methodical and analytical approach to troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
- A proactive mindset with a drive to improve and optimize IT systems and processes.
