This role involves running reports and managing field data within our proprietary QWIC system, which tracks inspection and testing activities for major projects, including light rail and ADOT initiatives.

This role involves running reports and managing field data within our proprietary QWIC system, which tracks inspection and testing activities for major projects, including light rail and ADOT initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and run reports from QWIC for Project Managers
- Enter and manage project activity data and inspector/CMT updates
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones and assisting office staff
- Help manage office access and perform other clerical duties as needed
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Experience with data entry and report generation
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Prior experience in an administrative or project support role is a plus
Salary : $20 - $22
