Your Role with Leidos QTC Health Services :
You will be working all lines of business to understand their training needs. You will be collaborating with your team and Project Managers to design and develop training content which includes scripts, eLearning modules, storyboards, computer-generated visuals, handouts, slides, and simulations to enhance the training and reinforce learning.
Job Summary :
Designs and develops training content based on ADDIE model, which includes scripts, eLearning modules, storyboards, computer-generated visuals, handouts, slides, and simulations to enhance the training and reinforce learning. Also responsible for facilitating needs analysis, job / task analysis, and front-end analysis with business partners and stakeholders to define training strategies or non-training needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and curricula and propose recommend enhancements.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and other team members in all phases of the design and development cycle.
- Measure and track the ROI of the project (link training events and outcome to business needs and strategic goals).
- Manage projects by providing instructional design and training implementation strategies for project team, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in several lines of business.
