- has a Registered Nurse (RN) opening for an experienced RN to join our team supporting the Occupational Health services for an Intelligence Community customer located in Mclean and Chantilly, Virginia.
- this role will be be employed under "Jamshid Tamiry, M.D., P.C., dba QTC Medical Group of Alaska, a Leidos QTC Health Services affiliated medical professional corporation"Candidates must possess or be able to obtain Top Secret / SCA clearance with polygraph.Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Occupational Health RN :
- Assist medical staff in processing for transactional tasks to include, but not limited to, screenings, vaccinations / immunizations and patient triage.
- Administer various medical tests as required such as :
- Audiology
- Vision
- Vital Signs
- Some duties may include medical transcriptions
- Maintain patient records through electronic medical record documentation
- Work independently as needed to achieve day-to-day objectives
- Coordinate with other medical staff as needed and communicate with internal and customer team membersCompetencies :
- Familiarity with working in Occupational Health
- Ability to read, write, and analyze / evaluate charts
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Detail-OrientedEducation and / or Experience : (includes certificate & licenses) :
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing required
- Active Registered Nurse License to work in Virginia
- Must have 5 years of experience as an RN
- Must have experience working in Occupational Health setting
- Must be able to obtain governmental security clearance of Top Secret / FS Polygraph
