Job Summary :
The Regional Manager, OSHA ADA Compliance Teams leads a team of compliance professionals focused on operating an effective compliance program in partnership with VA to ensure OSHA ADA compliance. This impactful strategic role for Leidos QTC will work with VA Program leadership as well as executive leadership to monitor and ensure compliance.
In this rewarding role, you will :
- Provide leadership, strategy, and guidance to internal teams on compliance items as they pertain to OSHA ADA.
- Lead a region of Leidos QTC Contract compliance specialists to ensure an effective compliance strategy designed to meet and exceed contractual requirements.
- Conduct routine monitoring and monthly risk assessments working with the Senior Director to provide updates for regional efforts.
- Respond promptly to compliance matters and undertake corrective action.
- Identify relevant information to provide analysis and insight for executive leadership and program management reporting.
- Manage communications, issue resolution, and overall compliance engagement with Contract compliance specialists.
- Keep current on technological advancements and emerging tools within production leading the organization in compliance innovation for VA.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
