Duties
- Order Entry & Tracking: Input and track customer orders into NetSuite, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Data Management: Utilize your Excel expertise to maintain accurate records, generate reports, and track order-related metrics.
- Client Communication: Maintain clear, positive communication with clients to confirm order details, resolve any issues, and ensure satisfaction throughout the process.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and ensure customer expectations are met.
- Problem-Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise with orders and provide timely resolutions to keep clients happy.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the manufacturing field, particularly with order management and production processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for order tracking, inventory management, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a focus on professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive, energetic, and proactive, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Must be local to the Brookshire area—ability to commute to the office regularly.
