About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Korean to English translators to join our team for a high-priority, on-site legal project in Boston. This role involves translation of legal documents.
Project Details:
📍 Location: On-site in Boston, MA (02199)
📚 Subject Matter: Legal
📝 Word Count: Approximately 150,000 to 187,500 words (125 words per page)
📅 Duration: Estimated until the 2nd week of March (Full-time, on-site attendance required)
⏳ Work Type: Full-time, on-site attendance required until project completion
🕒 Schedule: Start date, daily hours, and work schedule TBD (to be shared ASAP)
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Translation: Accurately translate a substantial volume of legal documents from Korean to English, ensuring that the original meaning, context, and nuanced legal terminology are preserved.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough proofreading and editing of translated materials to maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and consistency, adhering to legal formatting and style guidelines.
- Terminology Management: Utilize specialized legal dictionaries, glossaries, and reference materials to ensure precise usage of legal terms and concepts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with legal teams, including attorneys and paralegals, to clarify complex legal concepts and ensure translations meet specific case requirements.

Required Qualifications:
