The Impact You Will Have:
As a People Services Program Manager, you are responsible for overseeing and managing various People Services programs within QTS. This includes program development, stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will lead project teams, monitor budgets, and assess program effectiveness to optimize processes and contribute to overall business success. You collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of programs with overall business objectives and fosters a positive work culture and employee engagement.

- Develop and implement program strategies aligned with QTS and People Services goals.
- Lead, influence, and participate in cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
- Monitor and track budgets in partnership with leadership, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Identify risks and participate in resolution planning to ensure successful program delivery.
- Develop and maintain timelines, ensuring programs are delivered on schedule.
- Recommend and implement quality control measures and metrics to drive program standards and measure program performance against objectives.
- Surface challenges and recommend resolutions to issues that may arise during the program's life cycle.
- Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on program progress and key performance indicators.
- Navigate changes and adapt strategies based on evolving circumstances or feedback.
What You Need to be Successful:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years’ experience in human resources, program management, or similar role.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR regulations to ensure compliance is preferred.
- Ability to align People Services programs with organizational strategy and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies to plan, execute, and evaluate programs
- Experience in tracking budgets associated with programs.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide and motivate project teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

- Ability to lead and facilitate change initiatives within the HR function.
