Primary Function: Performs daily general cleaning and maintenance of school building and groundsQualifications: - Ability to climb stairs, stoop, bend and climb ladders; be able to lift 80 lbs and follow directions.Responsibilities: Performs daily general cleaning and maintenance of school building and grounds per the schedule and standards provided through the Head Custodian. Maintains a safe, secure and energy-efficient building by locking/unlocking inside and outside doors, setting/resetting alarms, and turning on/off lights.Sets up facilities for student assemblies, extracurricular and community group activities.Notifies Head Custodian if the inventory of supplies and/or equipment is in need of reorder.Performs any other duties as designated by the Building PrincipalThe Quaboag Regional School District insures equal employment and educational opportunities for its employees and students.
