Benefits Program Development Executive Job Description
In this critical role, you will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive benefits programs for clients at QUAD. You will work closely with internal teams to design, implement, and manage all aspects of employer-sponsored benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive client strategies, incorporating insights from market trends, legislative changes, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, meeting client expectations, and driving business growth.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance requirements, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, 5500s, and Health Care Reform.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all benefits-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments to inform client strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (strongly preferred)
- Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License
- Proven experience in managing a book of business and leading client-facing teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to client sites in the region
